All products are handmade and carefully packaged to arrive safely at your door.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days for ready-made items. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the project.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier; we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping services.
Domestic shipping is available within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.
Packaging
Each piece is wrapped with care to prevent damage during shipping. While we do everything possible to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our ceramics, all custom orders are non-refundable.
For ready-made items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective.
To request a return, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning your item and issue a replacement or refund once the item is received.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
