Shipping

  • All products are handmade and carefully packaged to arrive safely at your door.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days for ready-made items. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the project.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier; we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping services.

  • Domestic shipping is available within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.

Packaging

  • Each piece is wrapped with care to prevent damage during shipping. While we do everything possible to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our ceramics, all custom orders are non-refundable.

  • For ready-made items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • To request a return, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning your item and issue a replacement or refund once the item is received.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

Care & Responsibility

  • Handmade ceramics are durable but require gentle care. Please review our product care instructions to ensure your piece lasts a lifetime.
