• I love creating one-of-a-kind pieces for your home, business, or special events. Custom orders can include personalized ceramics, restaurant/café dishware, and gift items.

• Before production begins, all custom orders require approval of the design, materials, and size.

• Because each custom piece is handmade just for you, custom orders are non-refundable.

Process

1. Submit your request through the contact form or email. Include details such as quantity, design preferences, colors, and any special requests.

2. We’ll discuss your vision and provide a timeline and price quote.

3. Once the design is approved, production begins.

4. After completion, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped according to the agreed timeline.

Timeline

• Custom order timelines vary depending on complexity. Typical turnaround is 2–6 weeks, but we’ll provide a specific estimate when confirming your order.

Bulk & Business Orders

• For restaurants, cafés, or businesses, we welcome bulk custom orders. Please reach out to discuss your needs and quantity requirements.
